Saint Tropez

St. Tropez's mythical name has played a large part in the renown of the whole Côte d' Azur.
In St. Tropez everything is famous, the old port, the Place des Lices, the clubs, the bars, the beaches: Bouillabaisse Beach, Caneliers Beach, Salins Beach, Pampelonne Beach.
St. Tropez became "St. Trop" when the show business people, artists and writers all fell under the spell of this charming little port in the 1950's.
In the summer one could bump into Picasso, Francoise Sagan, Jacques Prévert and many others. With the arrival of Brigitte Bardot in the 6O's the myth was installed for good.
Since then St. Tropez has become the in vacation spot for chic Parisiens and the international Jet Set. 

 

Cannes

In 1830,  Cannes was nothing more than an unimportant fishing village.
Since then it has become an elegant city known round the world and attracts an international clientele.
Along the Quai Albert Edouard, the most beautiful yachts in the world come to moor, looking out to sea one can perceive the Lerins islands: Ste Marguerite and Ste Honorat.
The Croisette is one of the most famous promenades in the world, for three kilometers following the curve of the bay one can see flowering gardens, lawns planted with palm trees, umbrella pines and other trees all the way to Port Canto, Palm Beach and a sea water health spa.
Strollers can find their way back to the center by taking the renowned rue d'Antibes.
The International Film Festival is held here, as well as the MIDEM (congress of record producers), concerts of classical music, dance and theater. During these events the Jet Set of Cinema and Spectacles takes place in Cannes.

  

Nice

The mere mention of Nice, France’s fifth largest city conjures up images of glamour, a stretch of beaches, 7.5 km to be precise, lined by a multitude of luxury hotels, casinos and restaurants, including the famous and impressive four-stars on the sea front: the Negresco Hotel, the Palais de la Méditerranée, the Casino Ruhl and others.
However, there is more to it than meets this image.

While maintaining its traditional charm the city has grown up and rebelled against a one-track image and now the city’s charming old architecture happily coexists with its new, modern luxury image. Nice is a vibrant city that is alive and living to the tempo of its cosmopolitan population. Monaco

Situated on the French Riviera between Cap d’Ail and Menton just a few kilometers from the Italian Riviera, Monaco is one of those magic glamorous places that has a world wide reputation.
Monaco is a sovereign state, independent and prosperous. It has its own government and the head of state is His Highness Prince Albert, Grimaldi dinasty.
There is no doubt that Monaco has a privileged location. This tiny capital (1,95km. with a soaring economy, is built against the mountains (Monaco is nicknamed "The Rock"), and spreads down to the shores of the Riviera 31 hectares have been added to Monaco's surface by building several sky scrapers right on the water in Fontvielle.
There is sun here almost all the time, and fabulous parks and gardens have been laid out throughout the city.
There are sumptuous boutiques with the latest fashions, palacial luxury hotels, and very chic restaurants.
This perfect little Paradise is one of the "IN" places for the international jet set and the very famous.
